Delivery and returns
Free standard delivery Australia-wide on every complete Topo system, dispatched from our Perth workshop, with tracking where available.
Changed your mind? Tell us within seven days of delivery. A product that is unopened, unused, complete and in its original sealed packaging is refunded in full. You pay the return freight; there are no restocking or handling fees.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty products aren’t subject to the change-of-mind conditions.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Warranty
5 years on the battery against manufacturing defects. 24 months on all other parts and components.
Contact our support team first; many issues are sorted with troubleshooting. If the unit needs inspection, we’ll give you return instructions, and covered repairs or replacements at our workshop are done without charge.
Register your unit after you buy it, so its details are on file.
Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The weekend ends before the power does
At 20Ah a day, an efficient 12V fridge runs for around five days on a single charge. The built-in 40A DC-DC charger tops it up on the drive, and solar and mains can charge it at the same time.
It stays fitted, it comes out when you need it
Connected once, it stays in the vehicle and runs the fridge day and night. When you want it out, it unplugs and lifts out by the handle.
