Make a warranty claim

Tell us what’s happening. We’ll call to troubleshoot first, because most faults are fixed over the phone. If it needs the workshop, we’ll give you return instructions and freight information.

Please contact us before returning any product, and before dispatching any lithium battery. Where inspection confirms no fault, or the issue falls outside warranty and doesn’t give rise to a statutory remedy, an assessment fee of $88 including GST may apply; we’ll tell you before proceeding.
