All sales are final. But in the event that you would like to return your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase (T&C apply). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can refuse to offer a refund or exchange.
We treat all orders with priority, all items are inspected and tested for our piece of mind before items are packed for shipping.
If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but must be reported to us immediately within 7 working days.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

To be eligible for refunds & returns items must be received undamaged, unopened in its original condition received.
All returned items must be received by us and inspected before any refund or exchanges are approved.
All approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your nominated account, as soon as possible. Please note all shipping and handling costs are non refundable.

If you are returning a item via post, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can not be responsible for any missing returned items.
